Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your Auto Glow Up kit, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund or exchange.

What we need

To be eligible, the item must be in the condition you received it, with all lights, the remote and the charging cable included, in its original packaging. Please email support@autoglowup.shop with your order number before sending anything back — we will confirm the return address and give you a reference number. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

If your kit arrives damaged, is missing parts, or is not what you ordered, email support@autoglowup.shop within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping. You will not be asked to pay anything.

Change of mind

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. The original shipping charge, where one was paid, is not refunded.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we will email you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. How long it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling an order

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. If you need to cancel, email us immediately at support@autoglowup.shop — if the order has not shipped yet we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
