Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Auto Glow Up ships to the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship to any other country.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 6–14 days from dispatch, for both the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing and peak periods can extend them.

Shipping cost

• Orders under $84.99 USD: flat $4.89 USD per order, no matter how many items are in it.
• Orders of $84.99 USD or more: free shipping.

Canadian orders are charged the equivalent in Canadian dollars, converted by Shopify at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to become active after you receive it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If your order has not yet been dispatched we can still change it — email support@autoglowup.shop as soon as possible. We cannot redirect a parcel once the carrier has it, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days, email support@autoglowup.shop. We will chase it with the carrier and make it right.

Customs and duties

Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
