These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Auto Glow Up. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

This store is operated by Auto Glow Up. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Auto Glow Up. You can reach us at support@autoglowup.shop.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

All prices are shown in US dollars unless your region is set to Canada, in which case Shopify converts prices at checkout. Prices and product availability can change without notice.

Products

We do our best to display colours and details accurately, but the way a product appears on your screen depends on your device, and small variations are normal. Product images are illustrative.

Fitting and use of the lighting kits

Our LED kits are decorative accessories. You are responsible for fitting them safely and for checking that the way you use them complies with the law where you drive.

Vehicle lighting rules differ by state and province. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the use of underglow lighting on public roads, and many restrict specific colours — in particular red and blue, which are reserved for emergency vehicles in most places. Check your local regulations before using the kit on a public road. Auto Glow Up is not responsible for any fine, penalty or enforcement action resulting from how a customer uses the product.

Fit the kit so that it does not obstruct your view, interfere with your vehicle's own lighting, or come loose while driving. Do not fit or adjust the kit while the vehicle is moving.

Shipping and returns

Delivery and returns are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is your own and you give us permission to display it on this site and in our marketing. We may decline to publish content that is unlawful, offensive or not genuinely about our products.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to it.
